Cancellations
Online: Until 11:00 PM the day before.

By Phone: Until 3:00 PM the day before.
(No phone cancellations accepted after 3:00 PM)
Cancellation Fee
Same-day / No-show: 100% of the total fee.
Full payment is required for same-day cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
